Step 1: Explore Available Puppies
We regularly update our website with available Cavoodle, Spoodle, Groodle, Moodle, and Poochon puppies. You can browse our listings, where we provide detailed information about each puppy, including their breed, expected size, colour and ready to go date.
Step 2: Fill Out The Adoption Form
Once you’ve found a puppy you’re interested in, fill out the Adoption Form that can be found near the Puppy’s Details on our website or reach out to us through our Contact Us page or via phone or email. We’ll be happy to answer any questions about the puppy, their parents, or our breeding practices.
Step 3: Secure Your Puppy with a Deposit
To reserve your chosen puppy, we require a $200 deposit. This deposit ensures that your puppy is held for you and is no longer available to other buyers. We will provide you with detailed payment instructions at this stage.
Step 4: Puppy Preparation
After securing your puppy we also provide guidance on preparing for your puppy’s arrival, including recommendations for food, bedding, and training tips.
Step 5: Final Payment and Collection or Delivery
Before taking your puppy home, the final payment is required. You can either collect your puppy in person from our location in Ballan, Victoria, or opt for our safe and reliable interstate or local delivery service. We work with trusted pet transport providers to ensure your puppy arrives safely.
Step 6: Bringing Your Puppy Home
Once your puppy arrives, the real fun begins! We provide ongoing support and are always happy to offer advice on puppy care, training, and settling your new companion into their home.

What is the process for purchasing a puppy from Bredwell Puppies?
- If there is a puppy listed that you would like to adopt please fill out the Puppy Adoption Form.
- Once we receive your Puppy Adoption Form, we will get in touch with you to provide further instructions and details. At this stage, a non-refundable deposit of $200 will be required. However, if the puppy does not meet your expectations upon pickup, your deposit will be fully refunded. We will provide you with our bank details for the direct deposit. Please note, without the deposit, we are unable to hold the puppy for you.
- Once we receive your holding deposit we will arrange a time and date with you to pick up your puppy. If your puppy is being flown interstate we will make all the flight arrangement and send you all the details and instructions.
Is the holding deposit refundable?
- If we cancel the sale of the puppy due to a health issue that is discovered before he or she is ready to leave, holding deposits will be refunded.
- If the puppy does not meet your expectations upon pickup, your deposit will be fully refunded.
- Otherwise, holding deposits are non-refundable.
How old must a puppy be before leaving for their new home?
Puppies must be a minimum of 8 weeks of age before they are allowed to go to their new home.
Are the puppies vaccinated before they leave?
Yes. Your puppy will receive his or her first vaccination at 6 weeks of age. This is approximately 2 weeks before they are ready for their new home.
Your puppy will be vaccinated with what is called C5 vaccine.
C5 vaccination is a term that is commonly used in Australia to refer to a combination vaccine that provides protection against five different diseases: canine parvovirus, canine distemper, canine adenovirus, canine hepatitis, and leptospirosis. These diseases are all caused by viruses and can be serious or even fatal in dogs.
The C5 vaccination is typically given to puppies at around 6 to 8 weeks of age, with booster shots given every 3 to 4 weeks until the puppy is at least 16 weeks old. After the initial puppy vaccination series, adult dogs will typically need booster shots every 1 to 3 years to maintain immunity against these diseases.
It is important to consult with a veterinarian to determine the appropriate vaccination schedule for your dog and to ensure that they are protected against these potentially serious diseases.
Will my puppy be wormed?
Yes. Before your puppy is ready for their new home they will be up to date with their worming. Each of our puppies are wormed every 2 weeks from birth. Â
It is important to worm puppies regularly to protect them from internal parasites such as roundworms, hookworms, and whipworms. These parasites can cause a variety of health problems in puppies, including diarrhea, vomiting, malnutrition, and anemia.
Here is a general schedule for worming puppies:
- 2 weeks of age: First worming treatment
- 4 weeks of age: Second worming treatment
- 6 weeks of age: Third worming treatment
- 8 weeks of age: Fourth worming treatment
- 12 weeks of age: Fifth worming treatment
- 16 weeks of age: Sixth worming treatment
It is important to follow the specific worming schedule recommended by your veterinarian, as the timing and frequency of worming treatments may vary depending on the specific product used and the age and health of your puppy.
After the initial puppy worming series, adult dogs will typically need to be wormed every 3 to 12 months, depending on their lifestyle and risk of exposure to parasites. It is a good idea to consult with a veterinarian to determine the appropriate worming schedule for your adult dog.
Will my puppy be microchipped?
Yes. This will usually be done at the same time as the first vaccination (6 weeks of age)
A microchip is a small device that is implanted under the skin of a dog and contains identification information. The microchip is about the size of a grain of rice and is inserted using a hypodermic needle, similar to a vaccine injection. The procedure is quick and relatively painless for the dog, and the microchip is permanent.
A microchip can be a valuable tool for identifying a lost or stolen dog and reuniting them with their owner. If a lost or stray dog is found and taken to a shelter or veterinary clinic, the microchip can be scanned to retrieve the identification information and help locate the owner.
Can puppies be delivered interstate?

How long can you hold a puppy?
Puppies must be a minimum of 8 weeks of age before they can go to their new homes. If a puppy is 8 weeks of age we can hold them for up to one week once you have paid your holding deposit unless otherwise agreed. Â
Do you have a waiting list?
Rather than a puppy “waiting list” you can join our puppy notification list. We have a notification list for each of our breeds so that if you wish be kept updated on future litters of Cavoodles and Spoodles for example, you can sign up to our Cavoodle Notification List and our Spoodle Notification List. You can sign up to all of our breeds if you like! Once we have a new litter of puppies available we will send out a notification email to everyone on our notification list.
